  • How early should I book my ski instructor?
    In general the earlier, the better! Some periods or weeks could be booked out quickly. Depending on availability, short-notice bookings are also possible.
  • Where do I meet my instructor?
    Our meeting points are at Medran lift station Rue de Médran 41, 1936 Verbier, unless requested and agreed otherwise. Arrive 5-10 minutes before the lesson to allow time for finding your instructor.
  • What are lesson times?
    Lesson times can be arranged flexibly – based on the offer, according to the students’ needs and the instructors’ workload, and as agreed upon. Private lessons are held daily between 09.00 and 17.00 depending on the agreed individual start time and the booked duration.
  • Are all your instructors English?
    No. We are proud of our diverse, fun and friendly international team. All of our instructors speak good English, and most importantly, they have extensive experience teaching skiing in English. Our instructors are carefully selected for their teaching ability, people skills, and passion for the sport, as well as their fluency in English.
  • Do the ski lessons include the ski pass & the ski gear?
    The ski lesson price covers the fee of your instructor. The lesson price does not include ski passes, ski equipment or any other costs involved performing this activity. You can get a 10% discount on your pass if you buy it on this website, at least 10 days in before your holidays.
  • How and when do I pay for my lesson?
    We do require payment in full at the time of booking. If you’ve enquired and received a quote, we will hold your quoted lessons for 12 hours. The lessons are paid in advance in Swiss Francs upon the booking confirmation, online by credit cards. (Your booking agent will send you a link) When you book a longer periods (more than 1 week) or you are a corporate client we can prepare an custom invoice that can be paid by wire transfer.
  • Is the ski pass price Included in the lesson price?
    No, ski pass prices are not included in the ski lesson price. You can get a 10% discount when purchasing your pass online, at least 10 days in advance.
  • What happens if we miss our lesson?
    We are always sorry if you cannot make the lessons that you have booked, but if you do not attend the lesson on the day we cannot give a refund for the missed lesson or reschedule. We are happy to provide a letter for your insurance company in this instance.
  • What if I need to cancel?
    We understand that life happens. In the event of cancellation by you for whatever reason, please take a look at our Terms & Conditions. Lessons are non-refundable due to weather. If we cancel your lesson for some unforeseen circumstance, we will issue a refund.
